AFC promotion s'engage et s'applique à intégrer une oeuvre d'art dans chaque nouvelle résidence d'habitation. 

PINGGIRL© arc en ciel est la première oeuvre à avoir été choisie

La charte nationale signée en décembre 2015 entre le ministère de la culture, treize promoteurs fondateurs et la fédération des promoteurs immobiliers de France présidée par Alexandra François-Cuxac. Chaque promoteur signataire s'engage à installer une ou plusieurs oeuvres d'art dans chaque nouvelle résidence d'habitation ou immeuble de bureau construit. L'initiative a pour but de sortir l'art des musées, d'améliorer la qualité de vie des occupants et des visiteurs et de développer le mécénat. Chaque année sont décernés le grand prix, le prix de l'émergence et le prix du public permettant à cette démarche d'être connue et reconnue.

‘1 building, 1 work of art’

AFC Promotion is committed to incorporating a work of art into each new residential development.

PINGGIRL© arc en ciel is the first work to have been chosen.

The national charter was signed in December 2015 between the Ministry of Culture, thirteen founding developers and the Federation of French Property Developers, chaired by Alexandra François-Cuxac. Each signatory developer undertakes to install one or more works of art in each new residential or office building constructed. The initiative aims to bring art out of museums, improve the quality of life of occupants and visitors, and develop patronage. Each year, the Grand Prize, the Emerging Artist Prize and the Public Prize are awarded, raising awareness and recognition of this initiative.
